Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of coursemakertoolkit.com and your purchase of The 7-Day Course Launch (the "Program"). By using the site or buying the Program you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Program.

Who we are

The Program and this site are provided by Kent Edu LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), doing business as CourseMakerToolkit. Our address is 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. You can reach us at hello@coursemakertoolkit.com.

What the Program is

The Program is a coaching and training service for educators and creators. It includes guided sessions on how a course business is built, how to record video and live sessions, and hands-on help launching your own website, payments and dashboard. The exact format, schedule and content are agreed with you after purchase.

The Program is educational. We do not run your business for you, and the tools you use (for example your payment provider or website host) are provided by third parties under their own terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy the Program. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Price, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

The price shown at checkout is the total we charge. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or currency conversion fees that apply in your country.

Delivery

After a successful payment you receive a receipt by email. We then contact you, normally within one business day, to schedule your first session. The Program is designed around a seven-day plan. Your actual timeline depends on your availability and how quickly you complete your own content and setup.

If we cannot deliver the Program for any reason on our side, we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The details are in our Refund Policy at /refund, which forms part of these Terms.

Your responsibilities

Show up to scheduled sessions or let us know in advance, give us accurate information, and keep any account credentials for tools you set up confidential. You are responsible for the content you create and publish, and for making sure you have the rights to it.

Intellectual property

You own the courses, videos, websites and other content you create during the Program. We keep ownership of our own materials, methods, templates and site content. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials we share with you for your own business. You may not resell, republish or share them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the Program for anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful, and do not try to interfere with the site's security or operation.

No guarantee of results

We give you guidance and a system. We do not promise any level of income, sales, audience growth or other outcome. See our Disclaimer at /disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kent Edu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the Program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Site and service provided as is

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms. If we end the Program because of our own decision and not because of your breach, we will refund the unused portion.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
