Information you give us: your name, email address and anything you write to us when you email us or complete checkout.

Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, email and billing details from Stripe.

Technical information: like most websites, our server keeps basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.

To deliver the Program you bought and to contact you about it; to process payments and issue receipts and refunds; to answer your emails; to keep the site secure; and to meet legal and tax obligations. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure business, and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (DNS) and Hetzner (website hosting). They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

We keep purchase and tax records for as long as the law requires (typically several years). Emails and other data are kept only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do. To use any of these rights, email us at hello@coursemakertoolkit.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use HTTPS, restrict access to our systems and rely on Stripe's secure checkout. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our site and Program are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
